Structured and intentional Movement

Pilates that builds

Pilates at Orlo is taught on mat and reformer in groups of six or fewer. The focus is on form, progression and building strength through controlled movement. Beginners and experienced practitioners are both well served.

Strength that transfers

Functional strength training in small groups designed around the way the body actually moves. Sessions cover compound movement, progressive loading and the kind of work that carries over into everyday life and sport.
