Heat, daily
Traditional dry sauna available every day for open and guided sessions. Heat exposure at the right intensity supports circulation, reduces muscle soreness and prepares the body for deeper rest. Members use it alone, in pairs or as the first stage of a longer recovery sequence


Cold, on purpose
Cold water immersion for inflammation, mental clarity and post-training recovery. The ice bath at Orlo is maintained at the temperature that produces results. Sessions are short, deliberate and available to members throughout the day.
Hands on recovery
Targeted manual therapy from therapists who understand athletic and everyday recovery in equal measure. Bodywork at Orlo covers deep tissue massage, fascial release and soft tissue treatment tailored to what each member actually needs.
